For lunch today I made my own wraps using low calorie tuna, with tomato’s, celery, onion, and cucumber. For snacks I have apple sauce, a fruit wrap, low calorie yogurt, and a quest treat. And water of course. The tuna wrap fills you up pretty quick! #healthylifestyle2024 #healthy #healthymeals
