okay i know you're sitting here like what even IS this and why won't she just explain it. trust me i get the frustration. but here's what happened, i discovered something about weight loss that literally no one talks about. it's not about eating less or spending hours working out. i figured out what makes your body REFUSE to let go of weight in the first place. bc everyone's out here trying to lose it but nobody's fixing what's making you hold it. i discovered this when i was devastated after a breakup and my body literally transformed in under a month. wasn't starving myself, wasn't at the gym every day, just stopped what i figured out was blocking everything. my blog has the full breakdown of what i discovered bc it's way too much for here but basically if nothing's been working for you, you're missing what i figured out. question: did you want to change for yourself or did you want him to see what he lost? bc i'll be honest it started as the second one for me.
