girl you're probably rolling your eyes like "slim-face baddie okay sure" but i'm deadass. last november my face was so round i convinced myself i just had a "round face shape" and needed to accept it. then the holidays hit and it got WORSE. you know when you're already insecure about your face and then december makes it 10x puffier and you're supposed to take cute holiday photos? i was using every filter, editing every photo, avoiding video calls with family bc my face looked so swollen. and everyone's posting their perfect holiday content while you're hiding bc your face won't cooperate. i thought i was stuck like that. thought my face was just built different. but what i discovered showed me my face wasn't round, it was just holding weight. and it's so simple i was genuinely mad i didn't figure it out sooner. i wrote all about it in my newest blog post bc there's actual steps but basically, your face during the holidays doesn't have to look worse than october. mine got DEFINED in december. while everyone else was gaining. if you started november already hating your face and now december is making it worse, this is what i figured out. your face shape isn't the problem. the weight it's holding is.
