Hello everyone, today I’m sharing an example of what I eat in a day as a woman who works out every day for health reasons and not necessarily for weight loss.

These recipes can all be found on my page or my website for a deeper dive

I love quick recipes so I can spend my time doing other things I enjoy with loved ones

I hope this inspires you even for a bit to include more healthy food in your daily routine, trust me your health will thank you for it!
