finallyyyyy somebody says smt abt wearing less makeup and how it can help your skin n self image. i feel like makeup has made beauty standards go crazy, and has skewed the reality of confidence in terms of if you wear makeup or not. as if you are only pretty and acceptable when you wear makeup. i think that the world has made it seem like makeup helps you gain confidence, but really its a short term solution and gives ppl false confidence, and loss of confidence.ALL THE TIME i hear girls at my school say that their face card is horrible w/out makeup or they have to cover up this blahblahblah. ppl needa realize that some makeup is bad for you, w chemicals n other things that ruin your skin! but i do get that its a personal choice ofc and that there is tinted spf and more natural cosmetics.
