I finally made it to the store that I've always wanted to go to.

The inside of the store is not very large, but it is a clean space based on white, and the toilet etc. are very cute.

It is an Italian restaurant using healthy ingredients that the owner, who was told that he had leukemia and had three months to live, overcame two transplants and is still doing well after eight years.
Because it is a shop of soy milk and vegetables, meat system does not come out at all, but the super meat lover's son-in-law who went together was very satisfied\ (^o^) /
Cheese 🧀 is also rich and delicious, but it is made with soy milk 😆
This day was a weekday on Friday, but it seems that it was full of reservations, so it was correct to make a reservation early 😄
As a Kansai resident, I can't go to "Nada Soso," but I strongly want to repeat it 🍝

今回行って改めて感じたのは、SOY LOVE U（ソイラブユー）は「お肉がない＝物足りない」にならないお店だということ。豆乳と野菜が主役なのに、ちゃんと“ごはんを食べた満足感”があります。私が特に印象に残ったのは、彩り野菜の前菜。根菜や葉物がきれいに盛り付けられていて、まず目でテンションが上がります。味付けもやさしくて、野菜そのものの甘みが引き立つ感じでした。 メイン系で推したいのは豆乳ベースのクリーミーなパスタ。豆乳ってあっさりのイメージがあったけど、ここはコクがしっかり。ハーブやトッピングのアクセントもあって最後まで飽きませんでした。さらに驚いたのが豆乳チーズ。ちゃんと“チーズらしい濃厚さ”があるのに重たすぎなくて、食後がラク。普段こってり系を選びがちな人ほど、ギャップでハマると思います。 デザートも侮れなくて、抹茶パウダーがかかったソイデザートは、口当たりがなめらかで満足度高め。ドリンクもカラフルで写真映えするので、カフェ利用として行きたい人にもおすすめです。 行く前に知っておくと安心なポイントもまとめます。まず営業日は木金土日のみ、時間は11:00〜16:00。席数は多くないので、平日でも予約が入っていることがあるみたいでした。私も早めに予約して正解。公式LINEやInstagramがあるので、最新の営業情報や予約方法はそこで確認するのが確実です。 アクセス面では、住所は東京都葛飾区立石4丁目1-11。はじめてだと入口のガラス扉に「SOY LOVE U CAFE & DINING」と書かれているのが目印。外の看板に「お豆と野菜のお店」「パスタコース」などの表示があって、入る前からワクワクしました。 「SOY LOVE U」「soy love u ソイラブユー」で探している人は、豆乳×野菜のイタリアンをしっかり味わえるお店を求めているはず。予約して行けば、前菜〜パスタ〜ソイデザートまで、満足度高く楽しめると思います。次回は別のパスタや季節の野菜メニューも試してみたいです。
