When I'm overwhelmed, overstimulated, have 42 tabs open in my brain, three kids asking questions, a husband asking where something is, and a to~do list longer than my patience....

I used to journal. I still meditate.

I aggressively perform 90s and 00s all over the place music catalogs in my kitchen and all over the house and call it therapy. 😂
