Pre-Workout Fuel That Works & won’t wreck your gut

Here are my go-to clean pre-workout meals:

• 2 pasture-raised eggs scrambled in ghee + sautéed spinach + 1/2 sweet potato

• Grass-fed whey in water + 1/2 banana (when I’m in a rush)

• Cottage cheese + berries + sprinkle of flax for fiber

• Ezekiel toast + avocado + pasture-raised egg

These meals give me energy without crashing mid-lift.

Keep it clean. Keep it strong.
