My favorite pre-workout snacks to help fuel me for a fiiiire workout 💥

Carbs are very beneficial to have before a workout so they can be broken down into glucose and used to provide us with energy during our workouts!

I eat about an hour before my workouts so I aim for simple carbs (as opposed to complex).

My fav pre workout snacks are...

1️⃣ cereal

2️⃣ toast w pb and banana

3️⃣ yogurt & strawbs

4️⃣ oats

5️⃣ cinnamon toast w butter
