Why I love living in Oregon

... Read moreOregon is not just a place; it's a vibrant experience rich with natural beauty and diverse culture. Known for its majestic mountains, lush forests, and scenic coastlines, the state offers endless opportunities for outdoor adventures, including hiking, camping, and water sports. Portland, Oregon's largest city, stands out with its eclectic neighborhoods, renowned food scene, and commitment to sustainability. Notable attractions include the iconic Columbia River Gorge, Crater Lake National Park with its stunning blue waters, and the fascinating Oregon Coast with its breathtaking vistas. Oregonians take pride in their local wine production, especially in the Willamette Valley, which is known for its exceptional Pinot Noir. The state's arts scene is vibrant too, offering numerous galleries, theaters, and music festivals throughout the year. Despite its smaller size, Salem, the state capital, may not resonate with everyone, but nearby attractions like the Oregon State Fair and beautiful parks draw visitors. All these aspects make Oregon an attractive destination for residents and travelers alike, offering a perfect blend of urban life and nature’s tranquility.

dorm living can really make or break your college experience. as an introvert and generally not a party goer I can say with absolute certainty that my college experience has been ruined since living in a dorm. now for those of you going into college and going to live in a dorm, this is not meant to
