maximizing my space as a renter๐
firstly, my original apartment had virtually no counter space whatsoever. so i ended up purchasing my bakers rack & i couldnโt be happier that i did! the two shelves beneath provide a bunch of space for common items i use in the kitchen so they donโt have to be out on my counters all the time, only when i want to use them! additionally, the shelving above provides a cute space for mugs or cups or plants! (if i had more sunlight iโd put some plants up there) secondly, im super fortunate to have this HUGE closet space in my kitchen. my original apartment had NO (and i mean NO) closet space whatsoever. there was no where to store anything so that it was hidden everything either had to be out on the counter or hidden in the cabinets above which also had little to no space๐ ill put a photo of my other kitchen in the comments, youโll laugh when you see it. the closet i have in my kitchen i use for a variety of things. when im not using my HUGE blankets for winter i keep them tucked up there & all my cling wrap, tin foil, & extra cleaning stuff! itโs partially a linen closet and partially a cleaning supply closet as well as all my reusable bags & extra bags in case! oh and you canโt forget the extra gift bags!
