Light body. Light heart.
What is light-hearted? Dharma accessible to everyone.
In our daily lives, many people may feel that
"Why are you feeling tired, heavy, uncomfortable today?"
Or some day.
"It feels airy, open, light today."
These are not coincidences, but related to the so-called dharma.
The "light, light-hearted body," which is the result of mental training, mindfulness training, and lifestyle that carries nothing more than necessary.
Light body. What is?
Light body is the feeling that the body is light and comfortable, not uncomfortable, not tense, not stressed.
When we don't put stress, anxiety, haste in the body,
Simple examples like
• When meditating and feeling comfortable, not tired, not in pain
• Walk slowly, conscious, like you're not carrying anything.
• After crying or letting go of something, you feel "relieved" immediately.
That's "light body."
Is a symptom of the body that does not carry suffering
What is light-hearted?
Light-hearted means a mind that doesn't carry stories, doesn't stick, doesn't worry, doesn't think distracted.
A heart that can be let go, acceptable, forgiving.
Sometimes we're not tired physically, but tired.
Think, fear, mistake, regret, outrage - all of this makes your heart heavy.
When we learn to know the idea,
Don't let the heart flow emotionally.
We find that the heart becomes lighter and lighter, like releasing a heavy object one by one.
How to be "light-hearted"?
1. Be conscious
Breathe in... know. Breathe out... know.
This is about bringing consciousness to the present, not distracted, not lost.
2. Reduce carrying
Learn to ask yourself often, "Does this have to be thought of now?"
If not necessary, put it first.
3. Pray
Like, putho... putho... or set the breath.
The mind will begin to calm. The heart will begin to lighten.
4. Prosper mercy
Forgiving others. Forgiving yourself.
Make your heart lighter immediately.
5. Do not say "must be as good as you want."
Life is both fulfilled and disappointed. Learn to accept reality.
The heart will not resist, so lightly
A simple summary of dharma today.
"When not carrying, the body is light.
When not seized, the heart is light. "
