📖 The book is not taught to be positive, but taught to love yourself more.

📖 GOOD VIBES BOOK REVIEW, GOOD LIFE

This is a book I picked up to read because the title and cover were eye-catching, but more things came back than I thought.

The content does not teach you to be "positive all the time," as many people understand it, but it says that we should start by accepting ourselves first for our advantages, mistakes, and imperfections in life.

Many chapters are simple things that we already know, such as loving yourself, choosing people around you, or not letting negative thoughts dominate, but reading on a tired or confused day feels like revisiting yourself.

What I like is that the language is easy to read, the short chapters are constantly unpressured, and there are many sentences that make me stop thinking.

Personally, it doesn't feel like a life-changing book right away, or a new idea never seen before, but a book that reminds you to come back and care for yourself on a busy day.

⭐ Personal score of 8 / 10

Suitable for

• People who are tired or discouraged

• People who are finding themselves

• People who want to start reading self-improvement books

The end of the reading did not immediately feel that life had changed, but calmed down, and looked at himself with greater understanding.
