Aside from topical care, I adjusted my diet by including foods high in vitamins A, C, D, and E, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, which play vital roles in hair follicle health. I also avoided harsh chemical treatments and heat styling tools that could further damage fragile strands. Consistency was crucial. Over several months, I noticed not only a decrease in hair shedding but also a visible improvement in hair density and shine. Using gentle, sulfate-free shampoos helped maintain the scalp’s natural balance without stripping it of essential oils.
