Brought my Sammy girl to her first ever manicure 💅🏻 + pedicure at @saltsalonspacafe and we had a HOOT! We even got the full salt 🧂 room experience and it was divine! It’s a full service salon + spa + cafe!!! Have you even heard of such a thing?! It’s such a neat concept and it’s right in St. Lou

I barely ever got headaches or migraines while I was having babies and breastfeeding. As soon as that season of my life ended, the headaches began. I tracked it for years, trying to find the root cause, trying all the remedies. They got to be so frequent and so intense at some points that I stopped

We went to stay at @pokegamalaketreehouses and it was blissful! The Treehouse in the bay sleeps 6-10 and let me tell you, it was spacious! Had everything we need and is only 1 hour from the cities! Kinda spectacular and we are thinking we might need to make a winter visit now too! Check it out a

Even my littles aren’t very little anymore. The “watch this” moments are dwindling as I speak. I can feel it. I notice it. So I’m embracing all that I have left of it.
