I actually had a horrific nightmare in my early 20’s and it still haunts me to this day. In this dream, I somehow never actually passed my Algebra 2 class in high school which meant I couldn’t graduate until I redid the entire course. I still wake up in a cold sweat when I remember it. 😓

Yesterday, I found out my girls have always and still currently try to match their breathing to mine when we snuggle up and apparantly…. Almost die because I’m not “breathing enough.” 😝 Also, the sleep thing is quite accurate. And I don’t understand it because I never used to wake up like that
