Never stop Praying ❤️

Today’s service really spoke to me and I thought maybe someone else may need to hear it also. ♡︎

𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞:

“We pray that your kingdom will come, that what you want will be done here on earth, the same as in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10 (ERV)

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞:

When we pray, we usually ask God to make things happen the way we want.

“God, fix this problem.”

“God, give me what I need.”

“God, change this situation.”

It’s not wrong to ask God for help. But sometimes, we forget that God’s plan is bigger and better than ours. We try to tell God what should happen instead of trusting Him to do what’s best.

Real trust means praying, “God, show me what You are doing. Help me understand why You are allowing this.”

It means saying, “God, even if it’s hard, I want what You want, not just what I want.”

When we pray like that, we start to see God’s work in our lives in a new way. We let go of fear and trust His perfect love for us.

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫:

“God, today I choose Your way instead of mine. I know You see everything and You know what’s best for me. Help me understand what You are doing and trust You, even when I don’t understand. Let Your will be done in my life. Amen.”

Recent studies show that prayer not only impacts one's spiritual health positively but also contributes to emotional well-being. By practicing prayer regularly, individuals often report feeling an increased sense of peace and resilience. Additionally, prayer can lead to greater self-awareness and personal growth, allowing us to navigate life's challenges with grace. It encourages humility and the realization that we are part of a larger purpose. Many find comfort in structured forms of prayer, such as the Lord's Prayer or other traditional prayers, as these provide a foundation for communication with God. Others may prefer spontaneous or silent prayers, which allow for personal expression and a deeper connection to their thoughts and feelings. Regardless of the method, the essence of prayer lies in authenticity and sincerity—a heartfelt plea for understanding and a desire to align with divine will. Ultimately, embracing prayer as a lifelong practice can lead to a richer, more fulfilling spiritual journey, fostering a profound sense of community and connection with others who share similar values.
