จากที่เคยไปกินสุกี้ช้างเผือกที่ตลาดช้างเผือกเชียงใหม่ ผมขอเล่าประสบการณ์ว่าช่วงเวลาที่ไปจะมีผลมากต่อการรอต่อคิว ถ้าเป็นช่วงเย็นหลัง 18.30 น. มักจะต้องรอคิวนาน แต่ในช่วงที่ร้านเปิดใหม่ ๆ ประมาณ 17.00-18.00 น. คนยังน้อยมาก สามารถเดินเข้าไปนั่งได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องคิวยาว ส่วนรสชาติสำหรับหมูสุกี้แห้งนั้น ผมชอบส่วนเส้นที่เพิ่มเข้าไป เพราะทำให้อิ่มและได้ความเข้มข้นมากขึ้น แต่ถ้าสั่งเพิ่มเส้น ต้องระวังน้ำจิ้มที่อาจจะต้องขอเติมเพิ่ม เพราะรสชาติอาจจางลงเล็กน้อยกว่าแบบปกติ เนื้อสุกี้ตามคำแนะนำก็น่าสนใจแต่สำหรับผมรู้สึกว่าเนื้อไม่ค่อยนุ่มมากเท่าไหร่ โดยรวมแล้วสุกี้ช้างเผือกยังคงเป็นร้านที่น่าลองสำหรับคนชอบสุกี้เชียงใหม่ รับรองว่าได้อารมณ์กินสุกี้แบบดั้งเดิมและสดใหม่ในบรรยากาศตลาดช้างเผือก ยิ่งถ้าเลือกเวลาไม่ผิดพลาดอย่างตอนร้านเพิ่งเปิด จะได้กินแบบไม่ต้องเสียเวลารอต่อคิวเลยค่ะ!
