High protein sweet snack idea: brownie batter dip
INGREDIENTS 1 cup greek yogurt I recommend grass fed 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa powder 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Serve with cookies, sweet crackers or fruit. I also like to top mine
