It's not just about preventing sunburn; it's about preventing premature aging, hyperpigmentation, and maintaining that beautiful, even skin tone that truly glows. So, what does my healthy glowing skin sunscreen routine actually look like? First, I always start with a gentle cleanse to wake up my skin and remove any impurities. Then comes the hydration! This is where tips to keep your skin hydrated really come into play. I layer on a hydrating serum, followed by a moisturizer.
