A realistic idea of what my 2 year old eats for breakfast. I usually have to make quick meals, especially now with the older kids going back to school.
He will also eat other proteins in the morning like turkey bacon or turkey sausage. But I don't always have it ready.
Eggs are always a go-to for protein that I know he'll eat.
In general for breakfast he eats:

i feed my 2 yr old the same things except i have to give him the actual food first then the fruit separately when he’s done cause he’ll just eat the fruit if it’s served together 😭
