私も先日タイラ製麺所の沖縄そば作り体験に参加してみました。最初は生地をこねる作業に少し戸惑いましたが、スタッフの方がとても丁寧にサポートしてくれたので、安心して楽しめましたよ。わが子も小さな手で生地を伸ばす作業に夢中になり、食育にも良いと思いました。また、体験で使う道具や材料が清潔に管理されているのも好印象。小麦粉の香りや手触りを味わいながら、まるで昔の職人になった気分を味わえました。麺を伸ばし切るときは家族みんなで協力できて盛り上がりましたし、出来上がったそばを特製出汁でいただく瞬間はまさに感動！出来立てならではのコシと風味を味わえ、子どもも「おいしい！」と笑顔を見せてくれました。体験時間は約50分で、料金は1980円とコスパも良く、作った生地は持ち帰れるので家でも楽しめるのがうれしいポイントです。国際通りの室内施設なので、雨の日でも天候を気にせず観光の合間に立ち寄れて安心。沖縄の食文化を楽しく学べる貴重な体験スポットとして、これからの沖縄旅行の定番になりそうです。ぜひ家族や友達と一緒に訪れて、心に残る体験をしてみてくださいね！
