Hypertension

I’ve been a battling with hypertension for a few years now.

And to be honest I haven’t taken it as serious as I should have. 😒

This is why my family forced me to go to the urgent care after having a bp of 200/130. 😳🫣

Now I’m on bed rest until my doctor clears me to go back to work. All because I refused to take meds to control my blood pressure.

Don’t be like me guys, check your vitals and take it serious.

Get your heart rate up to 134 bpm for 45 mins daily. Cherish your temple. You only get one.

It's crucial to understand what hypertension is, its causes, and effective management strategies. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is essential for early detection. Lifestyle changes such as a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables, maintaining a healthy weight, and regular physical activity can significantly lower blood pressure. Stress management techniques like mindfulness and yoga also play a vital role. If lifestyle changes are insufficient, medication prescribed by a healthcare professional may be necessary. Remember, managing hypertension is a journey, and it's essential to stay informed and proactive about your health.
