The evil spirits don’t want the Holy Spirit to help us to be obedient those evil spirits teach people how to be disobedient until we allow the Holy Spirit to teach us how to be obedient to ABBA FATHER we can’t be disobedient to those evil spirits it was those evil spirits that taught King Saul, how to be disobedient, and Samuel told him your obedience to his voice listen obedience, is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams.

The example of Sodom and Gomorrah reminds us how destructive following evil imaginations can be. Those spirits tried to influence people toward disobedience, causing great devastation. But the Holy Spirit acts as our Helper, teaching and reminding us of God’s truth, as noted in John 14:26. In practical terms, obeying God's voice often demands a conscious decision to submit our own desires and resist impulses driven by negative spiritual influences. Like King Saul, who struggled with disobedience, we can sometimes be misled until we commit to listening intently to the Holy Spirit’s promptings. I have found that regular reflection on scriptures such as 1 Samuel 15:22—where obedience is declared better than sacrifice—strengthens my resolve to submit to God rather than worldly temptations. Binding evil spirits with divine strength requires confidence in ABBA FATHER’s power and a heart eager to obey His commands. Ultimately, the question “Whose voice are we listening to?” calls each of us to self-examination and spiritual vigilance. Through obedience, we align ourselves with the Holy Spirit’s work and grow in faith, while disobedience opens the door for negative influences. Embracing obedience is not just about rules but about a transformational relationship empowered by divine love and guidance.
