Replying to @Emma the “Post” button has never looked so terrifying, but… I feel it’s worth sharing the vulnerable self-talk to the public if it means that just ONE person can gain something of value from this… even if it just helps you know you’re not alone when chaos is happening in your life. Or makes you feel better if you aren’t experiencing this… no matter what, posting this is helping me find my voice again.
