homemade sugar free muffins 😋

these were so sooo easy to make and yummy too!

ingredients:

-1 cup organic oats

-i cup organic Greek yogurt

-2 bananas

-2 eggs

-1 tsp baking powder

instructions:

1 Preheat oven to 400° and grease a muffin tray.

2 Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender or food processor.

3 Evenly scoop batter into muffin tray and add toppings of choice. I used sugar free chocolate chips and strawberries, but you can use any toppings you like.

4 Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

5 Leave to cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
