検索している人が気になりそうなのが「manyoグルタチオンって結局なに？どう使うの？これって化粧水？」というところだと思うので、私が使ったときの流れをもう少し詳しくまとめます。 まず、この「グルタチオンセブン ダークスポット セラム」は“化粧水”というより美容液（セラム）です。テクスチャーはとろっとしてるけど、肌にのせるとスッと広がって、表面がいつまでもヌルヌルする感じが少ないタイプ。なので、化粧水のあとに使うアイテムだと考えると分かりやすいです。 私の基本の使い方は、夜なら「洗顔→化粧水→（ガラクナイアシン3.0エッセンス）→グルタチオン7セラム→乳液orクリーム」。朝はメイク前に重くしたくないので、乾燥が強くなければ「化粧水→（エッセンス）→セラム→日焼け止め」でもいけました。公式でもおすすめされているみたいに、“ガラクナイアシン3.0エッセンス→このセラム”の順番にすると、肌が整ってからセラムを広げられて使いやすかったです。 量の目安はスポイトで1回分（だいたい1〜2滴ずつ足して合計スポイト半分〜1回くらい）を全顔に。色ムラやくすみが気になる部分がある日は、最後にその部分だけ少量を重ねると「塗った感」より“なじませた感”が出やすい印象でした。写真のとおり黄色っぽい美容液だけど、肌に広げると色はほぼ残らないので朝でも使いやすいです。 あと、グルタチオン系って独特のニオイが気になることがあるけど、これは私はほとんど気になりませんでした。香りストレスが少ないだけで、毎日続けやすさが全然違う…。 注意点としては、これは医薬品ではないので「ダークスポットが即消える」というより、毎日のケアでくすみ印象を整えていくタイプだと思っています。私は“翌朝なんとなくもちっとする”感じが好きで、メイク前の土台づくりにも相性が良かったです。 最後に、朝使うなら日焼け止めは必須。トーンアップや透明感ケアを狙うほど、UV対策とセットで続ける方が満足度が上がると思います。
