「これどう？」って聞かれることが多いので、朝用としての使い心地をもう少し具体的にまとめます。私は“スキンケアを丁寧に重ねたい日”より、“とにかくバタつく朝”に助けてもらうタイプで、こういうオールインワン系のシートマスクは相性が良かったです。 まず良かったのは、貼るだけでケアが一気に進むところ。私は朝、お弁当や洗い物をしながら付けることが多いのですが、マスクをしている間に最低限の保湿が入るので「化粧水→美容液→乳液…」を順番にやるより時短になります。特に夏は重ね塗りするとベタつきが気になることもあるので、1枚で完結しやすいのはかなりラクでした。 あと、このマスクは“毛穴・くすみ対策”をうたっていて、ビタミンC誘導体やツボクサエキス（CICA）配合なのが特徴。個人的には、即効で肌が変わる！というより「朝の肌が乾きにくくて、メイク前に整えやすい」感じが使いやすかったです。くすみっぽさが気になる日は、メイク前に水分を入れておくとベースがのりやすくなるので、そういう意味でのサポート力は感じました。 使い方のコツは、時間を欲張りすぎないこと。朝は長時間貼りっぱなしにすると逆に乾きを感じることもあるので、私は家事の区切りがつく5〜10分くらいで外して、残った液を首や手に伸ばして終わりにしています。よりしっとり仕上げたい日は、このあとに薄く乳液やクリームを足すと安心です。 サイズ感は少し小さめに感じる人もいるかもですが、私は朝の“ながら使い”なら十分。40枚入りで1枚あたり約27円前後のコスパは、毎日使う前提だとかなり強いです。 結論、「これどう？」への私の答えは、忙しい朝の時短ケア・コスパ重視ならおすすめ。逆に、濃厚な保湿やスペシャルケア感を求める日は、もう少しリッチ系のマスクと使い分けるのが満足度高いと思います。
