I do always hate saying ‘normal’ people, because there’s really no such thing as normal.

However, people with other conditions also experience these things. So, it feels weird to say ‘people without pots’ are like “this”, because people with other chronic conditions may also be like this.

Therefore, imo, it makes the most sense to compare it to the ‘norm’ so to say. I just thought I would explain that, because the word ‘normal’ can feel strange. Anyways. Love you all! ❤️‍🩹
