ถ้าเสิร์ชว่า “อาบน้ำยังไงให้ตัวหอม” แล้วลองหลายอย่างแต่กลิ่นไม่ค่อยติด เราว่ามันอยู่ที่ “ลำดับขั้นตอน” และ “จุดที่ต้องใส่ใจ” มากกว่าการใช้น้ำหอมแรงๆ ค่ะ อันนี้เป็นทริคที่เราใช้แล้วเวิร์ก (ทำง่ายในห้องน้ำเลย) 1) เริ่มจากล้างเหงื่อ/ความมันออกก่อน แล้วค่อยลงครีมอาบน้ำ ถ้าวันไหนกลับจากข้างนอก เหงื่อเยอะ ให้เปิดน้ำล้างตัวก่อน 30–60 วินาที แล้วค่อยลงครีมอาบน้ำ จะช่วยให้กลิ่นหอมออกมาชัดขึ้น และไม่ผสมกับกลิ่นเหงื่อจนเพี้ยน 2) โฟกัส “จุดอับ” แบบมีเทคนิค รักแร้ ข้อพับ คอ หลังหู ใต้ราวนม ขาหนีบ และซอกนิ้วเท้า เป็นจุดที่กักกลิ่นง่าย เราจะถูให้ทั่วแล้ว “ทิ้งฟองไว้” แป๊บหนึ่งประมาณ 20–30 วินาที (ไม่ต้องนานมาก) ก่อนล้างออก กลิ่นหอมจะติดผิวดีขึ้นแบบรู้สึกได้ 3) อุณหภูมิน้ำสำคัญกว่าที่คิด น้ำร้อนจัดทำให้ผิวแห้งและทำให้กลิ่นหอมอยู่ไม่นาน เราจะใช้น้ำอุ่นกำลังดี/ใกล้อุณหภูมิห้อง (ประมาณช่วง 27–30°C ตามที่หลายคนแนะนำ) แล้วจบด้วยการลดน้ำลงอีกนิดช่วงท้าย 10–15 วินาที ผิวจะรู้สึกเฟรชและไม่แห้งตึง 4) อย่าอาบนานเกิน + ระวังการขัดแรง อาบน้ำนานมากๆ หรือใช้ใยขัด/สครับถี่เกินไป อาจทำให้ผิวเสียสมดุล แห้งลอก พอผิวแห้งกลิ่นหอมก็ “ไม่เกาะ” เราเลือกขัดเบาๆ สัปดาห์ละ 1–2 ครั้งก็พอ โดยเฉพาะคนผิวแห้ง 5) เลือกครีมอาบน้ำให้เหมาะกับผิวแห้ง เพื่อผิวโกลว์จริง ส่วนตัวเราชอบแนวที่มีตัวช่วยเติมน้ำให้ผิว เช่น hyaluronic acid เพราะหลังอาบผิวจะนุ่มและดูฉ่ำกว่า วันไหนใช้ LUX Hydrating Glow จะรู้สึกว่าฟองนุ่ม กลิ่นหอมฟรุตตี้ละมุน ไม่ฉุน และที่ชอบคือผิวไม่แห้งเอี๊ยด แต่ก็ไม่ได้ลื่นจนรำคาญ เนื้อเจลสีม่วงมีประกายอ่อนๆ ด้วย ฟีลน่ารัก ใช้เพลิน 6) หลังอาบน้ำ 3 นาทีคือ “ช่วงทอง” ให้กลิ่นติดและผิวเงา ซับตัวหมาดๆ แล้วทาโลชั่น/บอดี้เซรั่มทันที (เลือกกลิ่นโทนเดียวกับครีมอาบน้ำจะเข้ากันมาก) ถ้าอยากให้ตัวหอมทั้งวัน ให้แต้มโลชั่นเพิ่มที่คอ ไหปลาร้า และข้อพับแขน กลิ่นจะลอยนุ่มๆ แบบไม่ตีกับน้ำหอม 7) เคล็ดลับเล็กๆ ที่คนมองข้าม: ผ้าขนหนูต้องสะอาด ต่อให้ครีมอาบน้ำหอมแค่ไหน ถ้าผ้าขนหนูอับ กลิ่นก็จะติดกลับมา แนะนำตากแดด/ที่ลมโกรก และเปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนูสม่ำเสมอ กลิ่นตัวจะดีขึ้นชัดเจน ลองทำตามนี้สัก 1 สัปดาห์ จะรู้สึกเลยว่าทั้ง “ตัวหอมขึ้น” และ “ผิวดูโกลว์” แบบสุขภาพดี โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งกลิ่นแรงๆ ค่ะ
