A popular snack brand from Sapporo, SNOWS (Snow), opened a Pop-up Store in Thailand for the first time today.

SNOWS is known in Japan as a dessert brand that sells only in the winter, and every time it is released, there are a lot of people coming to queue. This is a unique opportunity for Thai consumers to truly experience the taste of "winter from Hokkaido."

A hallmark of SNOWS is the use of cow milk from free-release raised cows in Hidaka, Hokkaido, which accounts for only about 1% of the entire country of Japan, with during the winter the milk being particularly concentrated, creating a brand-exclusive flavor.

MORI-no-KI (Morinoki)
Tree-shaped chocolate inspired by the wood carvings of famous artist Kasuyoshi Otani, with the pastry itself characterized by a variety of textures, finely ground crispy crepe flour and almonds.

For SNOWS packaging, inspired by the winter scenery of Hokkaido, it has a unique design and can beautifully convey the charm of Hokkaido, thus making SNOWS very popular as a festive gift.

SNOWS also seized on the "From Nature to Nature" concept by using the dung from the manufacturing process as animal feed and reusing the dung as fertilizer in the grasslands in Hokkaido, creating a renewable production system linked to the land of Hokkaido.

This launch in Thailand marked the beginning of SNOWS's market expansion, and next year the brand plans to re-host Pop-up Store at EmSphere and EmQuartier.

หลายคนที่เห็น SNOWS มาเปิด Pop-up ในไทยจะสงสัยเหมือนกันว่า “ข้างใน” ขนมแต่ละตัวเป็นยังไง เหมาะกับคนชอบหวานระดับไหน และควรเริ่มจากตัวไหนก่อน เราลองสรุปแบบอ่านง่ายจากที่ได้เห็น/ชิมแนวนี้บ่อย ๆ ให้ตัดสินใจง่ายขึ้นค่ะ 1) SNOWSAND ข้างในเป็นอะไร?
