Stretching beforehand not only loosens my muscles but also helps prevent injuries during the ride. I find that this combination improves my mood and mental clarity. The quote I live by is, 'Whatever is good for your soul, do that.' For me, that means dedicating time each morning to this mindful practice. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just starting, incorporating a stretching routine can enhance your performance and recovery. Another tip is to track your rides with apps like Strava, which motivates me to keep pushing my limits gradually. The blend of stretching and cycling has boosted my endurance and helped maintain my overall well-being. I encourage anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine to try this early morning regimen—it’s a fantastic way to kickstart a productive day.
