Child Grief
I sometimes wonder how our children grieves and what goes through their mind when they lose someone so important in their life.
This is a photo of my son at his grandpas funeral. He went through three major events in a 10 month period. He lost both his grandpa and became a big brother. Sometimes I feel like he had to grow up too soon and he had to move on too quick because everything and everyone around him kept going.

Encourage kids to talk about their loved ones, and let them know that grief is a natural response to loss. Remember, each child's grief journey is unique, and patience is key as they navigate their feelings. By validating their emotions and offering continued support, we can help them heal and grow through their experiences.
