Breakfast scramble

Scrambled eggs with cheese, shredded potatoes, onion and green pepper. I added maple syrup but can add sausage gravy and bacon or sausage.

Teriyaki chicken

Organic chicken breast washed and cubed, marinating in soy, ginger and oregano, pineapple tidbits, stir fry veggies, white rice, add scrambled egg and top with teriyaki sauce. The rice I cook in a rice cooker, the rest in a wok with coconut oil.

Ritz peanut butter crackers, baby carrots cut in half, string cheese cut, pear, freeze dried peaches, dried cranberries(less sugar) and blueberries cut. Last box had gummy bears (haribo) but you can also put ranch to dip carrots.
