Chamas 😂 así quedan mis rizos después de acostarme y jugar con mi hijo… aquí les muestro cómo los acomodo 🤍✨
As a mom with curly hair, everyday activities like playing with my child can really impact how my curls look by the end of the day. I’ve learned a few helpful tricks to keep my natural hair looking fresh and vibrant, even after a long day. One of the best ways I've found to revive my curls is by using water or a curl refreshing spray. Spritzing a little moisture into the curls helps to reshape and hydrate them without needing to do a full wash, which can be time-consuming. I avoid heavy styling products during the day to prevent weighing down my hair. When it comes to styling, I gently scrunch my curls upward to encourage bounce and definition. Using my fingers rather than a comb helps prevent frizz. At night, I often use a satin or silk pillowcase or wrap my hair in a satin scarf, which reduces friction and keeps curls from becoming tangled or flattened. Being a mom means my hair care routine has to be quick and effective. Embracing my natural curly texture has been empowering because it means less stress about trying to conform to straight or overly styled hair norms. Over time, I’ve also learned that taking good care of my scalp and using nourishing conditioners has improved the overall health and appearance of my curls. Sharing my experience with #curlyhair and #momlife, I'm reminded that even small, practical methods can make a big difference in how our hair looks and feels daily. It’s all about loving your natural curls and finding a routine that fits your lifestyle and keeps you feeling confident.
