Encouraged by the many healing posts seen in Lemon8, I myself have been deeply saved by the gentle cycle of "healed people delivering healing to each other."

最近「たまごっち 生命科学 関連／生物 擬似」みたいな言葉を見かけて、正直ちょっと身構えました。難しそう…って。でも、私が作っている（そして見て癒されている）“もちネッコ”みたいな小さな存在を思い浮かべると、案外イメージしやすくなりました。 私の理解だと「擬似生物」って、“本物の生き物そのもの”じゃないけど、生き物っぽい振る舞い（成長する、反応する、世話が必要、気分が変わる）をする存在のこと。たまごっちってまさにそれで、エサをあげたり、構ったりすると反応が返ってくる。あの「関わった分だけ、ちょっと世界が動く感じ」が、忙しい日ほど沁みるんですよね。 生命科学と結び付けて語られるのは、「命とは何か」をいきなり答えとして押し付けるというより、“命っぽいもの”を体験として触れる入口になるからだと思っています。例えば、世話を放置すると元気がなくなる（＝関わりが必要）、環境で状態が変わる（＝条件に左右される）、という学びの形。もちろん実際の生き物とは違うけれど、「気にかける」という行為が心に残るのがポイント。 私の10秒動画も、目指しているのはそこに近くて、もちネッコやSoraみたいな子たちが、短い時間でも“こちらの気持ちを受け止めてくれる”存在になれたらいいなと思っています。見てくれた人の一日が少し軽くなるなら、それだけで十分。 あと全然別件で、検索つながりで気になって見たのが「福さ屋の辛子明太子CM」。疲れてる時って、こういう耳に残るCMや食べ物の記憶が急に心の回復アイテムになりませんか。私は夜にあったかいごはん＋明太子を想像するだけで、気力がちょっと戻るタイプです。 ゲーム系だと「紅の砂漠 気力回復 料理」みたいに、回復のための“料理”が用意されている世界観も好き。現実でも、甘いものや温かいスープ、好きな音、そしてもちネッコの10秒みたいな小さな癒しを組み合わせると、意外と立て直せます。 もし最近、理由は分からないけど疲れているなら、①短い癒し（10秒）→②温かい飲み物→③寝る前に一回だけ深呼吸、の順で試してみてください。私はこれで「今日終わった…」の日が、少しだけ「今日もおつかれ」に変わります。
