Never thought, "Someone we worked with / knew."
It can also become a "revenue opportunity" in the future. 🥺
This post would like to share a direct experience...
Last year, we interned with the agency during the semester, when we were in college, when we interned, we worked very hard, and didn't think about getting anything back but experience because we just wanted to have more experience.
But after the internship, the team offered more projects to continue, and they got a confused Freelance job.

- but "makes people who used to work want to work with us again."

ในยุคที่การแข่งขันในตลาดแรงงานสูงและรายได้ทางเดียวอาจไม่เพียงพอ การสร้าง Connection หรือเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานจึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่ช่วยเปิดประตูโอกาสใหม่ๆ ที่หลายคนมักมองข้าม จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ได้ฝึกงานและได้ทำงาน Freelance ต่อเนื่อง นอกจากจะได้ความรู้และทักษะใหม่ๆ ยังได้เรียนรู้ว่าการรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับคนในสายงานไม่ใช่เรื่องของจำนวนคนที่รู้จักเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เป็นเรื่องของคุณภาพของความสัมพันธ์ที่เราใส่ใจและสร้างความประทับใจให้อยากทำงานด้วยอีกครั้ง สิ่งที่สำคัญอีกอย่างคือการใช้แพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เช่น LinkedIn ในการเชื่อมต่อและติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของเพื่อนร่วมงานและหัวหน้างาน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้เราเป็นที่จดจำและได้รับการทาบทามงานเพิ่มในอนาคตได้ง่ายขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังแนะนำให้เราทบทวนและเติมเต็มทักษะเฉพาะทางอย่างเช่นการทำคอนเทนต์และตัดต่อวิดีโอ ที่เหล่าบริษัทและเอเจนซี่ต่างต้องการอยู่เสมอ ในยุคนี้ที่การมีรายได้เสริมกลายเป็นเรื่องจำเป็น การเปิดใจร่วมงานแบบ Freelance หรือ Project-base จึงเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีที่จะช่วยให้เราไม่พึ่งพางานเดียว และสามารถสร้างรายได้เสริมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ความภูมิใจที่ได้มาจากการพัฒนาตัวเองและได้เรียนรู้ในแต่ละโปรเจคจะช่วยผลักดันให้เราเติบโตและมีความมั่นใจมากขึ้น สุดท้ายแล้ว อย่าละเลยการสร้าง Connection เพราะมันไม่ใช่แค่การเริ่มต้นใหม่เท่านั้น แต่เป็นการต่อยอดจากความสัมพันธ์ที่เราได้ลงมือสร้างไว้แล้ว ซึ่งในวันที่โอกาสมาถึง เราจะได้เก็บเกี่ยวผลตอบแทนจากสิ่งที่เราทุ่มเทไว้อย่างคุ้มค่า #Connection #รายได้เสริม #ฝึกงาน #Freelance #โอกาสงาน
