5 things I’m obsessed with right now
Here are 5 things I’m obsessed with as a wellness girly right now!
1) Making soup; as it gets colder, soup is just SO cozy and so yummy. I’m trying to make a soup on Sunday and then eat it for lunch throughout the week! Soups are so nourishing and so versatile!
2) Stretching; I find that during colder months, I feel so much stiffer. Spending extra time stretching + rolling out helps me to really warm up/cool down and give my muscles + fascia some extra loveeee!
3) Putting my supplements in a container; Putting all my supps in one place has been so much easier than having to open everything up when I need to take them. Sometimes I would get too lazy to open everything up or I would forget what I already took, and so pre portioning them out makes it so much easier throughout the week!
4) Ice rolling; My eyes have been puffy in the morning and so ice rolling has felt so nice, especially right away!
5) Chlorophyll water; This is a new one for me, but chlorophyll has multiple benefits for health. I use it for over hygiene and to prevent body odor tbh but I know there are so many different benefits!
As the colder months approach, it's essential to adapt our self-care practices to maintain wellness. Making nourishing soups not only warms the body but also provides a variety of nutrients. Stretching is crucial for enhancing flexibility and easing muscle tension, especially in chilly weather. Organizing supplements into a convenient container promotes consistency and ensures you never miss a dose. Ice rolling can help alleviate morning puffiness, giving your skin a refreshing boost. Lastly, incorporating chlorophyll water into your routine can support overall health, promoting detoxification and freshening breath. Embrace these wellness habits to thrive during the colder months and feel your best!
