Sculpted Face Routine!
If you want a snatched jawline you NEED to be doing lymphatic drainage!
Lymph is essentially fluid mare up of white blood cells that attack bacteria in the body. It can get built up if we aren’t moving it around or if we aren’t giving it a proper place to drain.
For example, if you have poor posture, your lymph can easy get stuck in your body and can accumulate. This is why we also tend to have more lymph buildup in our faces.
Draining your lymph is important not only in your appearance but in the entire detox process, as you need to be able to properly drain before you can detox.
Here’s how I drain my face to help facilitate that process while also sculpting my face!
1) Pump at the terminus (the collarbone area) and under the ears. This gets the lymph nodes ready to collect lymph and send it back to the heart.
2) Start under your jaw and take the back of your hand and gently drain down towards the collar bone. You want to make sure that the fluid you feel draining is getting to that collarbone area.
3) Next, split your fingers and put one finger on top of the jawline and one underneath. Drain fluid to the ear area.
4) Make an “L” shape with your thumb and pointer finger and drain from your cheeks. Bring fluid to ear. You can also make the same split finger shape on your cheekbone and bring it to the ear as well. Make sure to massage under the eyes as well.
5) Draw little circles around the sides of your nose and then take your pointer finger and bring it towards your ears. You can also rub the side of your bridge starting at the corner of your eye and going down towards yhe tip of your nose, and out towards the ear.
6) Drain everything down the side of your neck again, bring everything to the collarbone.
7) Drink water and try to move around!!
