I just celebrated my 30th Birthday!🎂

Went on a weekend long trip to Split, Croatia, and had the nicest time celebrating with my friends. I'm extremely grateful to have reached this age, and can't wait to see what the next decade is going to bring me, but I wanted to share which habits I'm prioritising now that I'm 30.

💪🏻 Health: still focusing on my health and having a consistent workout routine.

🥗 Nutrition: prioritising eating healthier foods and cutting out sugar, as well as making wiser choices when eating out.

✨Maintaining my spark: I'm still figuring out my style, things I like to do, and I'm listening to my body and soul, and doing things only if they align with my values.
