Beyond just balancing estrogen as I mentioned, DIM helps your body process estrogen more efficiently, converting it into beneficial metabolites. This isn't just about reducing symptoms like fatigue or cravings; it's about supporting overall cellular health and making sure your body handles estrogen in the healthiest way possible. When you’re looking for a DIM supplement, quality matters! I always suggest looking for brands that offer good bioavailability (meaning your body can absorb it well) and are transparent about their sourcing and testing.
