How to have a healthier morning routine 🌞

Mornings set the tone for the rest of the day. I’ve found that small, intentional changes in my morning routine make a huge difference in how I feel - physically, mentally, and emotionally 🧘🏽‍♀️

If you want to start your day feeling energized and balanced, here are a few habits that have helped me:

✨ Wake up without rushing

Set your alarm 10-15 minutes earlier than usual and avoid hitting snooze. Give your body time to wake up calmly and regulate your nervous system.

🥞 Eat breakfast

Skipping breakfast might seem harmless, but it’s actually one of the most important meals for stable energy levels and focus. Even something simple can make a difference.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Move your body

It doesn’t have to be intense. It can be a short stretch, a walk, or a few jumping jacks can help wake up your body and mind.
