How I decide what I’m meal prepping for the week, or at least this week! It all comes down to what I’ve got going on for the week and whether I want to try something new or stick with old favorites. I look ahead at kids schedules, but also what I’ve got in the fridge or pantry for what I need to use before buying anything new.
