Sausage Breakfast Hash

12-16 oz chicken sausage

2 pounds white potatoes

1 yellow onion

6 eggs

2-3 cups chopped kale

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Chop and cook potatoes for about 10-15 minutes or until soft

Add chopped onion, chicken sausage, and seasonings.

Cook for 3-4 minutes

Add kale

Cool for additional 2-3 minutes
