ในฐานะคนที่ชอบกินอาหารญี่ปุ่นมากๆ ผมอยากแชร์ประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับร้านซูชิวังหลัง ที่ไม่ได้มีดีแค่เมนูแซลมอนซาชิมิสดๆ หรือทาโกยากิลูกใหญ่เท่านั้น แต่บรรยากาศในร้านยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยที่ทำให้รู้สึกอยากกลับไปซ้ำอีกหลายๆ ครั้ง ความน่าสนใจของซูชิวังหลังคือตั้งอยู่ย่านวังหลังที่เข้าถึงง่าย ถ้ามาช่วงเที่ยงหรือเย็นคนจะเยอะหน่อย แต่ก็จัดการระบบได้ดี ไม่ต้องรอนานเกินไป ที่จอดรถอาจจะต้องใช้บริการจอดรถในวังหลังตามจุดที่กำหนด สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือการบริการของพนักงานที่เป็นกันเอง ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเลือกเมนูได้อย่างใจดี มาจากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ไปเองหลายครั้ง เรื่องของรสชาติ นอกจากความสดใหม่ของวัตถุดิบที่กล่าวถึงในรีวิวแล้ว ในบางครั้งผมยังได้ลองเมนูพิเศษประจำวันที่ทางร้านจะเพิ่มเมนูฤดูกาลเข้ามา เช่น ข้าวปั้นหน้าปลาไข่ หรือซูชิหน้าหอยเม่น ซึ่งนอกจากจะมีการจัดวางอาหารที่ดูสะอาดและน่ากินแล้ว รสชาติก็มาตรฐานดี ไม่มีผิดหวัง การทานคู่กับซุปมิโซะแบบร้อน ช่วยเติมเต็มมื้ออาหารให้สมบูรณ์แบบยิ่งขึ้น ในแง่ของราคา เมื่อเทียบกับปริมาณและคุณภาพ ถือว่าเหมาะสมและคุ้มค่ามาก เหมาะสำหรับการพาครอบครัวหรือเพื่อนฝูงมานั่งทานสบายๆ พร้อมพูดคุยกันอย่างไม่เร่งรีบ เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับคนที่อยากหาของกินญี่ปุ่นราคาจับต้องได้ในกรุงเทพฯ ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่มีสไตล์ที่ไม่หรูเกินไปแต่คุ้มค่าและเต็มไปด้วยรสชาติ รับรองว่าซูชิวังหลัง คือหนึ่งในจุดหมายที่ต้องปักหมุดไว้ ไม่ว่าจะกินซ้ำหรือแนะนำเพื่อนฝูง ก็ได้บรรยากาศและความอิ่มอร่อยกลับไปทุกครั้งแน่นอน
