There may be no flowers.

May no one say the word love today

วันแห่งความรักไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะต้องได้รับของขวัญหรือคำพูดหวานๆ เสมอไป ในความเป็นจริง หลายคนอาจรู้สึกว่าตัวเองไม่ได้รับความสนใจหรือความรักจากผู้อื่น ในฐานะคนที่เคยมีช่วงเวลานั้น ฉันอยากจะบอกว่า การรักตัวเองเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดและเป็นแหล่งพลังที่แท้จริง ฉันเองเคยรู้สึกเหมือนไม่มีใครเห็นคุณค่าในตัว แต่เมื่อลองหันกลับมามองตัวเองอย่างจริงจัง พบว่าความรักนั้นเริ่มต้นจากใจเราเอง เมื่อเรารู้จักมองคุณค่าในตัวเอง เราย่อมเปล่งประกายและกลายเป็นแสงสว่างที่ใครๆ ก็สัมผัสได้ เพียงแค่คุณหยุดรอและเริ่มต้นรักตัวเองจริงๆ คุณจะรู้สึกถึงความอบอุ่นภายใน และแม้ไม่มีใครพูดคำว่ารักในวันนั้น ความรักก็ยังอยู่รอบตัวคุณเสมอ แสงที่คุณถือไว้ไม่ได้จำเป็นต้องเป็นแสงสว่างที่ทำให้คนอื่นเห็นเสมอ ไปแต่เป็นแสงที่ให้กำลังใจและยอมรับตัวเอง แม้ในวันที่เงียบ เหงา หรือโดดเดี่ยว ความรักนั้นอยู่กับคุณ ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ต้องออกตามหาเพียงอย่างเดียว ช่วงเวลาวันแห่งความรักเป็นโอกาสดีในการทำสมาธิและทบทวนตัวเอง พร้อมทั้งยืนยันกับใจตัวเองว่า "ฉันเพียงพอ ฉันสมบูรณ์ และฉันคู่ควร" การพูดกับตัวเองด้วยคำเหล่านี้ช่วยเติมเต็มใจและเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจอย่างลึกซึ้ง สุดท้ายนี้ ขอให้ทุกคนรู้ไว้ว่าคุณมีคุณค่าและถูกรักมากกว่าที่ตัวคุณคิด ความรักที่แท้จริงเริ่มต้นที่ตัวเรา และเราคือแหล่งกำเนิดของความรักนั้นเอง
