But come to slowly remove the heavy things from the mind.

And reconnect with the life force inside itself.

We got a laugh.

Crying

Let go

Hug yourself in a previously neglected version.

And slowly allow the heart to breathe again.

Inside this Retreat.

Through sharing, reflection.

And seeing the "original" that life is trying to teach us.

Give the body and mind a rest.

Unknowingly release the energy carried.

And open up the space for calm to flow back in.

Going overboard with flowers

Not just a beautiful activity.

But it's a small ceremony.

That we have set the intention of releasing the old.

And welcome yourself to a new version.

Some came with confusion.

Some came with tears that kept quiet for so long.

Many did not return with "all the answers of life."

"I don't need to run myself anymore."
