What Broke in my First Apartment!

College town landlords suck ass, we've gotten all of our water problems fixed thus far but evry week something new is broken.

Most recently the walls in my bedroom got torn up cause our intake pipe had been leaking into he lower unit for weeks! the lower unit didn't think it was important to mention the waterfall in the basment until there was visible mold dammage and our waterbill doubled. Love them for that...

Turns out there was a baseball sized hole rusted into the pipe :/ I better get my security deposit back tho cause evrything that's broken was not our fault.
