This time, I will introduce the plan I made for the summer of 2025 💡

< Day 1 >
I knew this was a popular spot, but...
I waited 2 hours until I started eating after 12 o'clock on weekdays 🥹
There are 7 parking lots in front of the shop, and the nearby paid parking lot is crowded, and the reception was closed around 12: 30, so it is recommended to go early...!!
It was an impression that the take-out portion of the mochi was also small or sold out early...!

It was delicious, but considering the waiting time, I'm personally satisfied with once ~
The scenery of the terrace seat is a forest! Like the border of Nagano and Gunma prefecture, there is also a lookout 🙂 ↕️

Tsuruya has a wide range of private brands.
I bought it while hesitating, but I especially like "Nama Shichimi" and "Convenient Curry 🌶️🤍
Raw Shichimi contains seven ingredients: chili, yuzu, ginger, Japanese pepper, green laver, rock salt, and sesame seeds, and it is delicious. If you put it in warm soba, ◎
Curry roux was also soaked in chicken wings 🍛

TWIN-LINE HOTEL KARUIZAWA JAPAN
It is 11 minutes on foot from Karuizawa station, located along Karuizawa main street ◎, but it was a super profitable hotel that was ¥20,000 / night with last minute reservation · 🉐!
Moreover, drinks including alcohol, snack bar, ice cream etc. are free from 21: 15 to 22: 30! There are board games and you can use the lounge, so CP is high. The room is small but beautiful, and there were outlets everywhere, so it was not a problem lol
Here! My favorite restaurant in Karuizawa ♡
A wonderful female chef behaves, but everything is delicious and I want to go again 🥹💓
・ Mushroom salad
→ I was surprised that it was delicious even though it was simple with shallot, rock salt and olive oil
・ Corn spring rolls
→ While leaving the grain feeling, the cheese is really delicious on the spring roll fried with sweet corn paste!
Eat and drink about ¥5,000.
Reservation is required as the number of seats is small ⚠️
Sawamura Roastery is open until 21: 00 in summer and 20: 00 in winter.
I used the night cafe at the terrace seat ☕️
I was surprised that the inside of the store was large here...! The second floor seats are large and there is an atmosphere and it looks cozy ◎

I have been there in winter, but summer was also beautiful ~ ~!! It was quite difficult to put it in a picture lol
I was worried because the location of the designated parking lot was far away, so I parked at the parking lot of Harunire Terrace
After all, it's far from there to walk the Takahara Church lol
It seems that the bus was going to the designated parking lot and round trip, so it is good to use it there
If there is a next year, please be careful 🤣
