Balancing multiple platforms can be challenging, but I believe it's important to explore where your creativity naturally flows. Anxiety & motherhood

THERAPY I had anxiety way before I had a kid. To be exact since I was about 8 years old. I’d say that it’s gotten worse since I became a mom. Since the moment I gave birth I immediately talked to the hospital staff and Ive been seeing a professionals to help handle my anxiety. *TAKING “breaks”
