コントロールカラーはベースメイクの仕上がりを格上げしてくれるアイテムですが、使い方に少しコツがあります。私自身、最初は何となく全顔に塗っていた時期がありましたが、時間が経つと逆にくすみや白浮きが気になることも多かったです。 そこで実践してみて効果があったのが『パーツ使い』です。例えば赤みが気になる頬にはグリーン系、顔全体の透明感を出したいときはうっすらブルー系を部分的に重ねるだけで、その部分の色ムラが自然にカバーされて肌に立体感が生まれました。逆に白は顔全体に塗ると不自然になるので、ハイライトとしてTゾーンや頬骨のみに使うのがおすすめです。 また、コントロールカラーの色選びでは、自分の肌の足りない色を見極めることが大切です。肌がくすみやすいならピンクやラベンダー系で血色感をプラス。赤みが気になるならグリーン系を選ぶと効果的。私の場合は、自分の肌色を重点的にチェックしてから色を選ぶようになってから、ファンデーションのノリも良くなり、ナチュラルで透明感のある肌をキープできるようになりました。 使用量も重要で、多く塗りすぎると厚塗り感が出てしまうため、少量ずつ乗せて伸ばす感覚で使うのが上手に見えるポイントです。コントロールカラーを正しく使い分け、肌色に合ったカラーを選ぶことで、自分の素肌を活かしながら美しいベースメイクが完成します。これからベースメイクをブラッシュアップしたい方はぜひ試してみてくださいね。
